100 ciudades, 60 países, 6 continentes, más de 4500 participantes y más de 600 ideas para luchar contra el cambio climático, y todo coordinado por la red europea “Climathon”, que cada año invita a participar a las ciudades de todo el mundo creando “desafíos” que ayuden a solventar este problema mundial en su propio espacio y que pueden compartir con otros lugares del mundo. Sus ciudadanos, empresas, asociaciones, ONGs, etc, tendrán que aportar ideas de innovación medioambiental, y todo ello culminará con un evento global que se celebrará simultáneamente, en todas las ciudades participantes, del 19 y 21 de noviembre.
Su mensaje es claro: el poder del cambio está en la comunidad y la unión. El Climanthon reúne a diferentes entidades que tienen la misión común de luchar contra el problema climático, por lo que de esta iniciativa nacerán diversos proyectos que se llevarán a cabo de forma conjunta.
En España participarán ciudades como Barcelona, Madrid, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Valencia y Sevilla, entre otras.

All coordinated by the European network «Climathon» that every year invites cities around the world to participate by creating «challenges» that help solve this global problem in their own space and that they can share with other places in the world. Its citizens, companies, associations, NGOs, etc., will have to contribute ideas of environmental innovation and all this will culminate with a global event that will be held simultaneously in all participating cities on October 29 and 30.
