Desde Pacto Verde, buscamos impulsar y promover la innovación social y medioambiental. Por ello, desde el mes de mayo hemos participado en el desarrollo de una nueva propuesta europea perteneciente al programa Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training: CulturLAB (Raising CULTURE Through a digitaL and educAtional Blend).
El proyecto CulturLAB, si es aprobado, daría comienzo el próximo mes de noviembre y su desarrollo se prolongará durante 3 años. Trabajaremos junto con InnoPolis Centre for Innovation and Culture (Greece), Studiefrämjandets avd i Uppsala län (Sweden), Meath Partnership (Ireland), Inercia Digital (Spain) y Metis NGO (Turkey) para diseñar herramientas y un currículo de perfil de formación profesional para moderadores de laboratorios de innovación social y cultural.
Este proyecto persigue una serie de objetivos específicos que, desde Pacto Verde, consideramos esenciales para impulsar la innovación social:
- Estimular, promover y potenciar la producción cultural a través del flujo de información e interacción entre las organizaciones participantes.
- Promover el papel del moderador en los laboratorios sociales y culturales.
- Ampliar la creatividad y el conocimiento colectivo mediante la propagación y producción de cultura para mejorar nuestra sociedad y contribuir al desarrollo del hábito de frecuentación de las actividades y eventos culturales por parte de la comunidad.
Es un hecho que el sector cultural se ha visto profundamente afectado por la crisis. Los lugares de creación y difusión artística permanecen cerrados y muchos profesionales de la gestión cultural carecen de ingresos. La formación de estos profesionales se encuentra en un momento clave de reformulación y reflexión y lo más preocupante en la actualidad es la ausencia de una oferta formativa dinámica orientada al mundo digital en un contexto post-crisis. Por tanto, su formación sigue siendo una tarea pendiente.
Este proyecto busca dirigirse a los profesionales de la gestión cultural para su especialización en la dinamización de los laboratorios de innovación social y cultural, pero también implica indirectamente a las organizaciones de nuestro entorno, a todos los países participantes de esta propuesta de proyecto, a las organizaciones de su entorno y a los ciudadanos en general, que ampliarán sus conocimientos y experiencias en el proceso del proyecto en las dimensiones regional, nacional e internacional.
Por ello, al llevar a cabo este proyecto los resultados esperados son:
- Una guía de buenas prácticas de los países participantes en el proyecto.
- Una metodología y contenidos formativos para facilitadores de laboratorios sociales y culturales.
- Una plataforma digital cultural para los profesionales de los laboratorios sociales y culturales.
- Propuestas sobre el contenido de las actividades a desarrollar en los laboratorios sociales y culturales.

Pacto Verde will participate in the European project CulturLAB!!
At Pacto Verde, we seek to encourage and promote social and environmental innovation. For this reason, since May we have participated in the development of a new European proposal belonging to the Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training programme: CulturLAB (Raising CULTURE Through a digitaL and educAtional Blend).
The CulturLAB project, if approved, will start next November and will run for 3 years. We will work together with InnoPolis Centre for Innovation and Culture (Greece), Studiefrämjandets avd i Uppsala län (Sweden), Meath Partnership (Ireland), Inercia Digital (Spain) and Metis NGO (Turkey) to design tools and a professional training profile curriculum for moderators of social and cultural innovation labs.
This project pursues a series of specific objectives that, from Pacto Verde, we consider essential to boost social innovation:
- Stimulate, promote and enhance cultural production through the flow of information and interaction between participating organisations.
- To promote the role of the moderator in social and cultural laboratories.
- To expand creativity and collective knowledge through the propagation and production of culture for the betterment of our society and to contribute to the development of the habit of frequenting cultural activities and events by the community.
It is a fact that the cultural sector has been deeply affected by the crisis. Places of artistic creation and dissemination remain closed and many cultural management professionals lack income. The training of these professionals is at a key moment of reformulation and reflection, and what is most worrying at present is the absence of a dynamic training offer oriented towards the digital world in a post-crisis context. Therefore, their training remains a pending task.
This project seeks to address cultural management professionals for their specialisation in the dynamisation of social and cultural innovation laboratories, but it also indirectly involves the organisations in our environment, all the countries participating in this project proposal, the organisations in their environment and citizens in general, who will broaden their knowledge and experiences in the project process in the regional, national and international dimensions.
Therefore, in carrying out this project the expected results are:
- A guide of good practices of the countries participating in the project.
- A methodology and training contents for facilitators of social and cultural laboratories.
- A digital cultural platform for social and cultural laboratory professionals.
- Proposals on the content of the activities to be developed in the social and cultural laboratories.
