En Pacto Verde trabajamos para impulsar, apoyar y concienciar sobre la protección del medioambiente y por ello estamos creando proyectos acordes con tal fin.
Desde nuestra localización en Huelva vemos la importancia que tiene cuidar y proteger nuestro litoral costero: 120 kilómetros de playas singulares que cuenta con 28 kilómetros del Parque Nacional de Doñana, espacio natural protegido debido a que es un ecosistema que alberga una biodiversidad única en Europa. El litoral es en todo caso un espacio importante y frágil, con múltiples amenazas. Por todo ello, desde Pacto Verde hemos redactado un proyecto sobre esta temática, el cual presentamos a la Unión Europea a través del programa Erasmus+, en la convocatoria específica de Asociaciones a pequeña escala y tras su aprobación hemos comenzado a ejecutarlo.
Se trata del proyecto Erasmus+ “Protección del litoral onubense y sus recursos” (2021-2-ES02-KA210-YOU-000047880) en el que somos los coordinadores y lo desarrollaremos junto a nuestro socio de Grecia Liofyllo Social Cooperative Enterprise. Con él, llevaremos a cabo una campaña de sensibilización sobre la protección del litoral, una metodología que fomente la participación ciudadana y actividades de voluntariado para la conservación de la playa, fomentando que los jóvenes participen activamente.
Nuestro objetivos son los siguientes:
- Promover la conservación de las zonas costeras y marinas, sus valores patrimoniales y los problemas que las afectan.
- Participar en una educación ambiental costera de calidad, socialmente inclusiva y orientada a la acción.
- Aumentar el compromiso social y la participación pública organizada para la conservación del patrimonio costero y marino.
- Reconocer la importancia del mar para la humanidad y la tendencia a un uso sostenible de sus recursos.

At Pacto Verde we work to promote, support and raise awareness of environmental protection and we are creating projects to this end.
From our location in Huelva we see the importance of caring for and protecting our coastline: 120 kilometres of unique beaches and 28 kilometres of the Doñana National Park, a protected natural area due to the fact that it is an ecosystem that is home to a unique biodiversity in Europe. The coastline is in any case an important and fragile space, with multiple threats. For all these reasons, Pacto Verde has drafted a project on this subject, which we presented to the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, in the specific call for small-scale partnerships, and after its approval we have begun to implement it.
It is the Erasmus+ project «Protection of the Huelva coastline and its resources» (2021-2-ES02-KA210-YOU-000047880) in which we are the coordinators and we will develop it together with our Greek partner Liofyllo Social Cooperative Enterprise. With it, we will carry out an awareness campaign on the protection of the coastline, a methodology that encourages citizen participation and volunteer activities for the conservation of the beach, encouraging young people to actively participate.
Our objectives are the following:
- Promote the conservation of coastal and marine areas, their heritage values and the problems that affect them.
- Engage in quality, socially inclusive and action-oriented coastal environmental education.
- Increase social commitment and organised public participation for the conservation of coastal and marine heritage.
- Recognise the importance of the sea for humanity and the trend towards sustainable use of its resources.
